【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoverstheuseofpurchasingagenciesinformulatingspecificationsforpurchasesofaviationturbinefuelundercontract.Thisspecificationdefinesspecifictypesofaviationturbinefuelforciviluseintheoperationandcertificationofaircraftanddescribesfuelsfoundsatisfactoryfortheoperationofaircraftandengines.Thespecificationcanbeusedasastandardindescribingthequalityofaviationturbinefuelsfromtherefinerytotheaircraft.Thisspecificationdoesnotincludeallfuelssatisfactoryforaviationturbineengines.Certainequipmentorconditionsofusemaypermitawider,orrequireanarrower,rangeofcharacteristicsthanisshownbythisspecification.Aviationturbinefuelsdefinedbythisspecificationmaybeusedinotherthanturbineenginesthatarespecificallydesignedandcertifiedforthisfuel.Thisspecificationnolongerincludeswide-cutaviationturbinefuel(JetB).FAAhasissuedaSpecialAirworthinessInformationBulletinwhichnowapprovestheuseofSpecificationD6615toreplaceSpecificationD1655asthespecificationforJetBandrefersuserstothisstandardforreference.ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.
