【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesrecommendationsforthedesignandimplementationofelectricalinterlocksusedactivelyorpassivelytopreventunsafeconditionsortoensurespecificsafeconditionsandstatesduringtheoperationofnuclearpowerplants.Safetysysteminterlocksarecoveredbystandardsforsafetysystems.Thisstandardgivesdesign,reliabilityandtestcriteriaarisingfromtheconsiderationofinterlocksimportanttosafetyinaccordancewithIEC61226.ItusescategoriesA,BandCasdefinedbythatdocument.Ittakesintoaccounttheinterlocksafetysignificanceandfunctions,andtheroleoftheoperatorinsomeinterlocks.Guidanceisgivenonredundancyandondiversityofequipmentforimplementinginterlocks,wherehighavailabilityorintegrityisinvolved,orwherecommonmodefailuremaylimitreliability.Theuseofcomputer-basedequipmentforinterlockfunctionsisdiscussed,andrecom-mendationsfordiversityaregiven.RequirementsforsoftwareandforverificationandvalidationaregivenbyreferencetoIEC60880.Theprovisionoftestfacilitiesisdiscussedtogetherwithself-testingandself-monitoringmethods.Thesystemofinterlocksforaspecificfunctionincludesthesensorsofplantstate(e.g.,measuringdevicesandlimitswitches),theinterlockandcontrolpowersupplies,thecontrolandinstrumentationequipmentprovidingtheparticularlogicfunctionforpreventionorlimitationofoperation,andthecables,electromechanicalfeatures,keycontrolandadministrativecontrolassociatedwiththefunction.
