【摘要】:ThisCodeprovidesmethodsandproceduresfortestingsinglephaseheatexchangers.TheCodepresentsanddescribesthemethodsfordeterminingheatexchangerperformance,formeasuringfluidconditionsandrelatedphenomena,andforprojectingperformanceparameterstoreferenceconditions.Performanceparametersincludedareoverallheattransfercoefficient,heattransferrate,andpressuredrop.Guidelinesareprovidedforrecommendedinstrumentationandaccuracy.ThescopeofthisCodeincludesinstruments,calculationtechniques,andmethodstodeterminethesteadystateperformanceofsinglephaseheatexchangersatbothtestconditionsandreferenceconditions.ThisCodeappliesto,butisnotlimitedto,thefollowingtypesofheatexchangers:(a)Shell-and-tube;(b)Plate-frame;(c)Plate-fin;and(d)Tube-inplatefin.Single-phasefluidstreams,includingliquid-to-liquid,gas-to-liquid,andgas-to-gasareincluded.ExcludedfromthisCodeareheatexchangersusedincondensation,vaporization,fired,directcontact,non-newtonianfluid,andmorethantwo-fluidapplications.Supplementaryinformationisincludedon(a)Steadystatecriteria;(b)Equationsandcoefficientsforuncertaintyanalysis;(c)TheDelawareMethodforshell-sideperformance;(d)Meantemperaturedifference;(e)Derivationofperformanceequations;(f)Tube-sideperformancemethods;(g)Foulingresistance;(h)Plateframeperformancemethods;(i)Thermalphysicalproperties;(j)Roomcoolerperformancemethods;and(k)Examples.
