【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofnormal-series,product-grade-Cplainwashersinthe100HVhardnessclassandofnominalsizes(nominalthreaddiameters)rangingfrom1,6mmto64mminclusive.Washersofhardnessclass100HVaresuitablefor—hexagonboltsandscrewsofproductgradeCinpropertyclassesuptoandincluding6.8;—hexagonnutsofproductgradeCinpropertyclassesuptoandincluding6;—case-hardenedthreadrollingscrews.IfdimensionsotherthanthoselistedinthisInternationalStandardarerequired,theyshouldbeselectedfromthosegiveninISO887.Whensoftmaterialpiecesareclamped,orlargeclearanceholesintheworkpieceareused,theusershouldcheckthetechnicalsuitabilityofthistypeofwasher.
