【摘要】:WithinthecontextoftheISO/IEEE11073familyofstandardsfordevicecommunication,thisstandardestablishesanormativedefinitionofthecommunicationbetweenpersonalbodycompositionanalyzingdevicesandmanagers(e.g.cellphones,personalcomputers,personalhealthappliances,settopboxes)inamannerthatenablesplug-and-playinteroperability.ItleveragesappropriateportionsofexistingstandardsincludingISO/IEEE11073terminologyandIEEEStd11073-20601?-2008informationmodels.Itspecifiestheuseofspecifictermcodes,formats,andbehaviorsintelehealthenvironmentsrestrictingoptionalityinbaseframeworksinfavorofinteroperability.Thisstandarddefinesacommoncoreofcommunicationfunctionalityforpersonaltelehealthbodycompositionanalyzerdevices.Inthiscontext,bodycompositionanalyzerdevicesarebeingusedbroadlytocoverbodycompositionanalyzerdevicesthatmeasurebodyimpedances,andcomputethevariousbodycomponentsincludingbodyfatfromtheimpedance.
